It’s official, the assault charges from Justin Bieber’s laser tag incident back in October have been dropped. Justin was accused of hitting a 12-year-old boy at a laser tag facility, after the boy began screaming homophobic slurs at Justin.
According to the reports the boy put his hand out toward Justin and Justin pushed the boys hand away.
The police released the following statement:
This investigation into the incident is now complete and no charges will be forwarded as the evidence collected [doesn't] support doing so.
