>No Justin Bieber Glee Tribute Episode

>Glee co-creator Ryan Murphy has dismissed rumours that he is planning a Justin Bieber-themed tribute episode, claiming there will be no more artist specials this season.

Despite reports claiming that Glee producers had planned to dedicate an episode of the hit US TV show to the Baby hitmaker, Murphy explained that instead, a Bieber song will be used as a "small part" in one instalment of the programme.

Speaking to American celebrity blogger, Perez Hilton, Murphy revealed: "Glee is NOT doing a Justin Bieber tribute episode,"

"We are not doing any more of those this season. Those are reserved for artists with a big catalogue, ala Madonna and Britney Spears, etc."

He added: "We are doing an episode where Sam (Chord Overstreet) sings a Bieber song to win Quinn (Dianna Agron) back ... and copies his hairstyle, etc.,"

"But it's a small part of a big episode that has a LOT of other things going on."

Murphy also admitted that a new episode of Glee is set to feature Lady GaGa's new single, Born This Way, ahead of her eagerly awaited LP's release date in May.

>Diddy And Justin Bieber Team Up In The Studio

>
On Tuesday (December 14), RapFix and MTV News' Sway tagged along with Diddy as the rap mogul went on a whirlwind promotional tour through New York in support of Diddy-Dirty Money's just-released Last Train to Paris.

There were many stops along the way — New York radio station Hot 97, a scorching-hot performance of "Coming Home" on "The View" — but the part of the day that's sure to make the girls scream is when Diddy linked up with Justin Bieber.

A little before 7:30 p.m., Diddy hung out with Justin at a recording studio. They were there because the Grammy-nominated teen idol had an idea for a song and needed to "get it off of his chest," according to Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun. Apparently, this studio is like a second home for the 16-year-old pop star.

But it wasn't all laying down tracks. Braun recalled the first time Bieber met the rap impresario (on the 2009 VMA red carpet), and Diddy gifted Bieber with a Diddy-Dirty Money jacket, declaring him an honorary group member! But that gift probably can't top the 16th-birthday present the Diddy-Dirty frontman gave the Biebs this year.

His big-deal birthday present? A $200,000 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder.

Before we parted ways, Scooter also dished about Bieber's upcoming 3-D movie, "Never Say Never," calling the MTV Films release "incredible."

Diddy and his Dirty Money ladies, Dawn Richard and Kaleena, are celebrating the release of their Last Train to Paris on Tuesday night with a Ustream party.

Are you excited to hear Diddy and Justin were in the studio together? Tell us in the comments!

>Justin Bieber's going country??

>

Yikes! Was that the sound of a million, screaming tween girls recoiling in horror?

Don't worry guys, Justin Bieber isn't planning on ditching his hip-hop bling for
cowboy boots any time soon. But the teen sensation is teaming up with country music group Rascal Flatts to record a duet in 2011 - and it was Biebs' idea.

"[Justin] asked us to do a duet with him on his next record," Rascal Flatts lead singer Gary LeVox told WSIX. "It's actually a really good song!"

Is it just us, or does he sound surprised? What's not a surprise is that Bieber's incorporating a little down-on-the-farm into his music repertoire.

He broke into a full verse of Alan Jackson's "Chattahoochee" in Nashville in August after being asked by a reporter for a list of his favorite country singers.

As CMT put it, you've got to respect any teenager who can sing a country song that topped the charts a year before he was born.

>Justin Meets Hayley!

>Hayley Okines who suffers from an extremely rare genetic condition called Hutchinson Gilford Progeria Syndrome, also known as HGPS or Progeria. At present there are 53 known cases of Progeria around the world and only 2 in the UK, which is where we live. Progeria is a progressive terminal condition which mimics many of the characteristics of the normal ageing process, but faster...a lot faster...about 8 times faster in fact! A 10 year old progeria child will have the appearance of an octogenerian with symptoms including baldness, arthritis and heart problems...but with the mind of a 10 year old!

>Justin Bieber Dolls hitting stores soon: OMG! In top ten requested X-Mas gifts

>
Word is out so shoppers listen. The Justin Bieber Dolls which sing, look cool and have Bieber hair are already causing a stir for Christmas and we got two solid months before the holiday. It is number 4 for the top most requested Christmas Gifts for 2010 by a poll released today from the online 411 shopping outlet. Giving kids a chance to say what they want for Christmas, it appears Justin Bieber is one of the best gifts.

Originally, the store were to start getting the Justin Bieber dolls on or around December 4. Now we can't confirm an exact date, but we can share with you what we have learned today from stores in Los Angeles. The dolls will be in high demand. Not Zhu Zhu demand, we are talking Cabbage Patch demand. It is going to be one of the hottest items for the Christmas 2010 season.

According to two stores in the area, both are NOT expecting to have adequate supply of the dolls for customers for the holidays. Both stores have ordered the Bravado and The Bridge Direct, Inc, with one store source telling us they were told the order may not be completely fulfilled as there are so many people wanting the doll.

What is there to do if you want to give this doll to your kids for Christmas? Preorder - NOW! Toys 'R Us has a preorder option and so does several other large retailers. Another tip is not to wait until December 15. Buy it when you see it and start looking when December comes knocking.

We will definitely see everyone in line as having out own Justin Bieber around the office would be awesome. Too bad the doll doesn't make coffee, but if it can only sing, we will make do!

>Mark Wahlberg Compares Bieber To Tupac: World Cries

>
Yes. You did read the headline correctly: Mark Wahlberg just compared Justin Bieber to Tupac Shakur. Since you -- like us -- probably can't quite believe that just happened, here's the actual (ridiculous) quote:
"The world needs Justin Bieber," Wahlberg opined. "Justin Bieber is like the white Tupac. Compared to a lot of people."

Is he, Wahlberg? Really? That's a bit like saying Lady Gaga is like the white Aretha Franklin -- compared to a lot of people (who've never held microphones). Or that Marky Mark & The Funky Bunch was like Grandmaster Flash & The Furious Five -- compared to a lot of people (who've never made any music at all).

If you're going to throw "compared to a lot of people" on the end of a comparison, it pretty much makes it null and void. The only thing Justin Bieber has in common with Tupac is that they've both had successful careers in music -- and it definitely isn't the same kind of music.

Bieber's from Ontario, Canada; Tupac was a Harlem boy who wound up in the Bay Area. Tupac focused on social issues in his songs; Bieber sings about girls. Bieber is squeaky clean (if a little creepy around older women); Tupac was in and out of trouble with the law throughout his life. Bieber sold locks of his hair on eBay for $40,668; Tupac survived being shot in the head in 1994.
Saying Justin Bieber is like Tupac Shakur, compared to a lot of people, is like saying Barack Obama is like Hitler, compared to a lot of people (who've never been in charge of a country).

Nice one, Wahlberg. We actually do think you're a good actor, with fine abs and a penchant for having babies every three minutes. And we're not even going to assume that the movie you're cooking up with Bieber that prompted you to make such jaw-dropping statements, is going to be bad. We'll give you the benefit of the doubt on that one. But there are lines that shouldn't be crossed, sir. And comparing a tween popster with one of the most important figures in hip-hop history is nothing less than absurd.
Now, to cheer us all up, let's take a little look back on Wahlberg's previous experiments with music. Brilliant.

>Justin Bieber’s fans go through garbage for him

>

Justin Bieber’s fans will apparently do anything to meet him which includes sitting in a dumpster for a little bit.

The teen star revealed that one of the craziest things fans have done is hanging out in a dumpster in hopes of sneaking into the building of one of his shows in Germany, states Hollyscoop. Unfortunately, the plan didn’t go as well as possible for the fans.

“When the guys working on the truck started getting the garbage they found them straight away,” Bieber says about his devoted fans.

Do you think that is too far to go just to meet Justin Bieber?

>An apprentice v the master - Justin Bieber and Bob Dylan

>

ONE is lionised as the songwriter of his generation while the other faces the challenge of keeping a generation of fans after they grow up.

Both the master Bob Dylan and the apprentice Justin Bieber will inspire fanatic devotion among their many admirers when they perform in Sydney this week.

Fresh from his acclaimed sets at the annual Bluesfest in Byron Bay, Dylan performs two concerts at the Sydney Entertainment Centre from tonight while Bieber will stage a two-night stand at Acer Arena from tomorrow.
While Dylan's Baby Boomer fans may express their adulation with vigorous cheering and applause, you can count on your ears ringing from the piercing screams that will greet Bieber's every move.

Bieber fever shocked Sydney a year ago when thousands of hysterical tweens and teens unexpectedly arrived at the Overseas Passenger Terminal for a television appearance and later caused mayhem at Sunrise's Martin Place studios where police cancelled a show for safety reasons.

Since then, armed with a debut record My World 2.0 Bieber has become as much a social media star as he has a chart-topper - his fans have downloaded more than 24 million singles and his YouTube videos have been viewed at least 1.5 billion times.

Like Lady Gaga, he is rewriting the pop rule book and knows a few daily Twitter or Facebook updates have more power to keep the fan fires burning than radio playing his breakthrough hit Baby three times a day.

"AUSTRALIA ... we are coming ... and there might be some surprises," he posted at the weekend with a link to his song Next 2 You featuring Chris Brown, also touring Australia.

Some fans have even coerced their parents into spruiking for hotel rooms to get closer to Bieber as well as for tickets which range from $95 to $285 for the Bieber Fever Ultimate VIP package.

Dylan fans also paid $95 for their Sydney Entertainment Centre cheap seats, with the front rows costing just $175 to see a living legend perform classics including Like A Rolling Stone, A Hard Rain's A Gonna Fall and Tangled Up In Blue.

Of course their extras for the evening will include dinner and drinks. The Beliebers will buy T-shirts, iPod skins, dog tags, towels, bracelets, tracksuit pants and a teddy bear.

>Justin Bieber Shoots Super Bowl Commercial With Ozzy Osbourne

>

Remember when Ozzy Osbourne told Mark Hoppus he didn’t know who the f*ck Justin Bieber was? Well, it’s pretty safe to say he knows now.

The two stars were snapped wearing super futuristic gear as they shot a commercial that will air during the Super Bowl. In one shot, Bieber is posing with Ozzy and his wife, TV personality Sharon Osbourne. In another, Ozzy and Justin are shown shaking hands.

No word on if the two discussed the viral video moment (or if JB could even understand a word Ozzy said if they did).

>Golden Globes 2011

>
He's famous for his brushed forward moptop haircut - but Justin Bieber had done something a little different with his locks last night on the red carpet at the Golden Globes.
The teen star had thinned his fringe and gone for more texture than his usual block of hair across his forehead.
The 16-year-old Baby singer also showed off his unique sense of style be wearing a black Dolce and Gabbana tuxedo but with white-soled trainers for a cheeky take on black tie.

Tweeting just moments before hitting the Beverly Hills Hilton, where the awards took place, he wrote: 'Watching a bunch of the old vids. its kinda crazy'.
The Candian heartthrob was broadcasting about the event for NBC, as well as presenting the award for the best animated movie, and in the run-up, did an interview with the station's Barbara Walters and hinted that he would be cutting for the do.

The Baby singer took to his Twitter after the glittering event to revealed that he'd even been left star stuck by the calibre of some of the actors he'd been rubbing shoulders with over the evening.

He wrote: 'Backstage at the Golden Globes. Everyone is here. This is nuts!! Halle Berry was at my table. #badass'
The star concluded: 'De Niro is the man.'

Talking in the February issue of Vanity Fair, Justin revealed that he hadn't even wanted his trademark old haircut in the first place.
It was first envisioned and cut by stylist Vanessa Price, who worked on his debut album cover shoot a ear ago.
However, he grew to love it and now won't let anyone else but Price handle his hair.

It was also revealed that when he did the interview in December, the pair were already planning a future new ‘do', though Justin said he couldn't do anything too drastic because it was his trademark.
He also confessed he was aware of the website 'Lesbians who look like Justin Bieber,'  which features women sporting Bieber hair.

Selena shared, “I think he’s a very talented guy and a loyal friend. I am though, on the other end of the prank calls. He does everything. He once called me, pretending to be my stylist, insisting I wear leopard. Of course I did [recognize him]. I’m like, ‘Really?’”

>Video: Justin Bieber and ‘Jersey Shore’ Promote ‘Never Say Never’

>
The combined talents of Justin Bieber, and Jersey Shore‘s The Situation and DJ Pauly D? Brace yourselves, people, for the grand summit has occurred—and we have it all on video for you, right here, right now!

Bieber teamed up with the Jersey Shore guidos to film a couple of promos for his upcoming cinematic debut, Justin Bieber: Never Say Never, which hits theaters on February 11.

In the first clip, the 16-year-old “Baby” singer swoops in to save Bieber Fever sufferer Pauly D with the cure for what ails him—a ticket to see Never Say Never.

Bieber tells the suffering Jersey-ite,

“It’s gonna be okay, Pauly. Think of me as your wingman. Here’s tickets to my movie Never Say Never.”

The Situation, meanwhile, takes a different, scholarly approach to promoting Never Say Never, throwing on a pair of glasses and a scarf to deliver a Guide to Pimping. First lesson? A theater in which Never Say Never is playing is the perfect venue in which to, uh, start up a situation.

>Ne-Yo admits he's a Justin Bieber fan

>
(Click on image to watch the video)

Justin Bieber sets teenage girls' hearts racing all over the world, but now it seems the pint-sized singer can count US superstar Ne-Yo as a fan too.

Whilst not exactly in the grip of Bieber fever himself, Ne-Yo thinks that Justin is one to watch and they could even duet one day.

"It could be said that Justin Bieber is just a little cute guy who does his kiddie pop music and in a couple of years people are going to forget about him," said Ne-Yo. "I don't believe that, I think that kid has some real talent."

The R & B star believes that as long as he has the right songs Justin will have a long career ahead of him.

"You have yet to see the best of Justin Bieber. He's only 16, he's getting better and better," he added. "Watch out for that dude."

>Justin Bieber's Dad Reveals Star May Soon Cut His Famous Mop Top

>

Justin Bieber's voice has taken him to the top of the charts, but his hairstyle has made him a teen idol.

"He's always had kind of funky hair; I used to give him Mohawks," said Justin's dad, Jeremy.

Jeremy Bieber gets a kick out of all the fuss over the Bieber 'do. The Today shows Natalie Morales wore a Justin Bieber wig for Halloween and football star Tom Brady is sporting a real Bieber 'do!

But Justin's hair may soon be getting cut.

"I know he's talking about cutting it though," Jeremy revealed to INSIDE EDITION's Megan Alexander.

"What do you say to that?" she asked.

"It's up to him!"

At age 16, Justin is already an international megastar. But so many young stars like Lindsay Lohan and Demi Lovato have crumbled under the pressure...can Justin handle it?

"Are you concerned that Justin may burn out or become exhausted?" Alexander asked.

Jeremy said, "Justin is one of a kind. He's got a lot of energy, he loves what he's doing. I don't think he's going to burn out anytime soon, if at all. I think he's going to have a long future."

Jeremy says he tells Justin to "just be yourself and be good to people" to stay grounded.

When asked about Justin's social life, Jeremy says, "He goes on dates with girls periodically, he goes to the movies or whatever – he doesn't have a lot of time for a long-term relationship or anything."

>Teen idol tresses: Beatles to Bieber

>
It's truly a Justin Bieber world, and nowhere is that more apparent than in the fuss over the teen star's swoopy 'do.

Even his stylist, Vanessa Price, has her own agent to help field interview requests from the numerous reporters frantic to have their questions about Bieber's hair answered.

"There are different variations, but it is definitely about the swoop in the front. Definitely about the bangs," Price told The Sun recently. She then confided that Bieber favours Bumble and Bumble Creme de Coco shampoo and conditioner.

Meanwhile, Bieber -- who plays Rogers Arena in Vancouver tonight -- freely shared his styling tips with the New York Times. "My hair takes five minutes to do in the morning," he said. "I shower and as soon as I get out I just shake it and it just does that. For real."

But of course, Bieber is not the first teen idol that girls have swooned over, nor is he the first to have his hairstyle discussed and dissected. Remember Elvis Presley's pompadour, with that little lock of hair that just wouldn't behave?

Let's take a look at a few memorable teen idol tresses through the ages, from the Beatles to the Bieber.

>Justin Bieber arrives in Israel

>
Canadian teen pop sensation Justin Bieber arrived in Israel early Monday ahead of his Tel Aviv concert.

Bieber, 17, landed at Ben-Gurion Airport at 3:15 am after visiting Milano and making a short stop in Frankfurt.

The teen idol arrived in the Holy Land with his family members and a significant number of crew members and security guards, and is currently staying in a hotel in Tel Aviv.

He originally booked four different hotels in Tel Aviv and one in Jerusalem in order to escape his fans.

Going out for dinner

After spending the morning in his hotel room, the singer visited a Tel Aviv beach with his parents and crew members, played the traditional "matkot" (paddleball) game, rode a motorcycle and had a late lunch.

In the evening he put on a white jacket, a tie and a pair of jeans and went out with his family for dinner at a restaurant near the beach.

Attacked by screaming fans outside hotel

Bieber, who will perform at Tel Aviv's Yarkon Park on Thursday evening, is expected to stay in Israel until Saturday evening.

Throughout the week he is planning to tour Jerusalem, the Sea of Galilee, Nazareth and Bethlehem, and will even meet with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
